Our Story
Unicorn Training has designed and run training simulation events renowned for their learning effectiveness, in over 40 countries across the globe. In 2019, Unicorn Training joined the Access Group and the simulations activity was spun off as Unicorn Simulations Ltd, led by Unicorn founder Peter Phillips.
Peter commented “I am a passionate believer in the power of action-based learning, memorable, effective and practical learning outcomes. This new structure enables us to focus more resources on delivering our world class simulations to clients internationally.”
Our Reach
Unicorn Simulations are based in the UK and we deliver solutions both locally, nationally and internationally working closely with our partners Empower Development, InuRE (Asia Pacific), and Blue Light Risk (Southern Africa).
Our partnership with the University of London includes the Icarus simulation for the UCL Masters in Professional Accountancy (MPAcc) which has run for students in over 100 countries worldwide over the past two years.
Our Pedagogy
Our insurance and reinsurance simulation workshops embrace the concept of learning through doing, giving learners a memorable, hands-on experience which caters to their professional developmental needs.
The insurance simulations are modelled on real-world data and regularly updated to ensure they accurately reflect current market conditions. In partnership with University of London, we also provide a series of unique executive education workshops.
